A Day on Mars

How time flies when you are having fun! Wow, we didn't see that coming. Who would have known that Aurora was Fang? Even I, second in command, did not know.  I would only see Fang in our meetings once a week.  I thought Fang was a man because of the robotic voice.  So, a day on Mars it is.  It is very exciting to be on the Mars team and let me tell you why.

On a normal day on Mars we get a wake up call to our sleeping capsule about 4:30 in the morning.  We have to check our welcome screen with our daily agenda and special missions before we report to duty after breakfast.  On this day, I am in charge of leading a raid on the colony to get supplies.  We have not figured out how to produce our own so, we have to "borrow" some from them.  If we are lucky we can avoid the Telegreens patrolling and protecting the colony.  Today we got lucky and hit the jackpot with food supplies and equipment to repair our base camp.

By lunch time we were able to go on our second raid. Today we are looking for new recruits. We intercepted communications coming from the Pruitt satellite and we found out there are new colonists coming in.  We decided to intercept the space ship. Orion is and excellent pilot but, I think we can get them this time.  By the evening meeting back at command post, I was in charge of welcoming out new members.  I was especially happy to announce that Mars Patel was joining our ranks.

I do have to take care of my pending business with Wizard and his followers.  Looks like they are holding old grudges with my "old self" from back on the Colony.  I had a close call just recently but, I think we can be gentlemen and work things out.  There is no need for any violence, at least not from my part.   Now we have to wait and see what Mr. Pruitt has up his sleeves.  Until next time, thanks for visiting my blog.  Mr. Clean, signing off.  And remember, To The Stars!
